I wonder do you really “Only” workout 3times a day?? you seem to write more often about that you trained the other day or will train today…and you wrote that you train your legs just one day but you follow this squat challenge right? so you make this quats on more than one day? i am just a bit confused since i think you work out a lot more than you just wrote here <3
SVAR: Hi sweetie! I only workout 3 times week, monday, wednesday and friday.
Sometimes when I have a lot of energy I do an extra workout but its not often. You are right about the squats and now I do squats in my leg workout, before my pole dance lesson and before my back workout. So squats 3 times/week but then on my ”workout days”. Then I do 10-40min yoga every morning just to stretch out my body. Thats it 🙂 Its a perfect schedule and my body have time to recover 🙂
